Emily and Charles have their mutual love for the sea to thank for their first introduction. As seafarers, this English couple spent years navigating both the waves and their growing relationship before Charles finally proposed to Emily. While envisioning their dream wedding, one thing quickly became clear: a wedding planner was essential. With demanding jobs in shipping, they often spent weeks at sea, completely unreachable. This made their wedding planning a bit more challenging. Their determination and our vendors’ expertise made it all possible, though.

Authentic Ibiza: from flower arch to the bridesmaids dresses

At the heart of their aesthetic was an eye-catching color palette: blazing orange and hot pink. Colors that are made for an Ibiza wedding. To set the tone for their ceremony, we created a floral arch in a blend of these bold hues. The bridesmaids’ long gowns and bouquets matched perfectly, ranging from orange to fuchsia. To counterbalance the bridesmaids’ colorful looks, the groomsmen sported white-beige suits with a touch of color.

An intimate first look

Emily & Charles set aside time for a first look before the ceremony. They invited their close family and full bridal party of six bridesmaids and six groomsmen to witness this special moment. The men made a stylish entrance, arriving in a white convertible Jeep. After the emotions, it was time for the ceremony to begin.

Hospitality first: creating a full experience for your guests

The couple prioritized hospitality, wanting guests to feel a part of their day, rather than spectators. Colourful flower petals were handed out to sprinkle over the newlyweds after the ceremony. A bold orange seating chart then guided them to a beautifully set table. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the floral arrangements and glassware to the table numbers and napkins.

Another standout element was the champagne tower Emily & Charles chose instead of a traditional wedding cake, as it felt fresher and more inviting to their guests.

After dinner, Emily swapped her wedding dress for a modern Charleston-style gown. Under the glow of sparkling disco balls, the celebration kicked off in true style.
