Julie and Vincent chose an intimate wedding in Ibiza, embracing simplicity without compromising in style. The island’s wild and natural beauty as the centerpiece, complemented by minimalist styling for maximum impact. Here’s how their special day unfolded.

No extravagant decor, elaborate flower arrangements, or a big guest list. Julie and Vincent preferred simplicity and authenticity for their small wedding, while still incorporating the rituals of a traditional wedding into their intimate celebration.

The day began with an intimate non-religious ceremony high above the rugged cliffs. Surrounded by forty of their closest friends and family, they exchanged vows against the dramatic backdrop of Ibiza’s coastline—which we turned into the common thread throughout their day.

It wasn’t only the setting that made everyone tear up. A close relative conducted the ceremony, adding heartfelt meaning to the speech. With the soft notes of a harp, violin, and cello filling the air, Julie walked towards an elegant wedding arch covered solely in baby’s breath. We positioned it to perfectly frame the sunset and sparkling sea for a magnificent view.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed freshly sliced Iberian ham and drinks while the couple took photos on the cliffs. The celebration then moved to the beach, where a second reception featured a festive champagne tower.

Planning a small wedding can be trickier than organizing a big event. Many venues aren’t suited for smaller groups, and some won’t even accommodate them. But by tapping into our network, we located the ideal spot for their evening celebration: secluded, and with a view.

Dinner was served al fresco, with guests seated at round tables that added a soft touch. The setup encouraged natural conversation, as everyone is able to see and talk to one another. The terrace overlooked the bay and was bordered by pine trees adorned with thousands of twinkling lights that created a magical ambiance.

As night fell, the celebration moved indoors, where their favorite DJ set the perfect mood to round out the festivities
